SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Domestic deliveries
For domestic orders, shipping will be charged as follows:
- $10 AUD WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR CART OR INVOICE
All Australian packages are delivered via Fastway Couriers, Australia post or DHL Express.
Denisse M Vera international shipping charges will be added to your cart or invoice. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Domestic orders will be delivered in approximately 1 to 3 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
Please provide us with the most suitable address, where there will be someone present to sign for the delivery. If no one is present to sign, you can organise for the package to be redelivered.
International deliveries
For International orders, shipping will be charged as follows:
- $50 AUD WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR CART OR INVOICE
All international packages are delivered via DHL Express.
Denisse M Vera international shipping charges will be added to your cart or invoice. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
International orders will be delivered in approximately 3 to 10 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
Please provide us with the most suitable address, where there will be someone present to sign for the delivery. If no one is present to sign, you can organise for the package to be redelivered.
Please note that packages may be subject to a customs clearance on arrival to the destination country. Denisse M Vera does not accept responsibility for customs delays or any associated processes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are certain that you will be happy with your exclusive Denisse M Vera piece, but if you are not satisfied with your order, please email order@denissemvera.com.
Returns
Garments deemed faulty may be returned to Denisse M Vera for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, you must contact Denisse M Vera within 7 days of delivery by emailing order@denissemvera.com. We do not offer returns due to ‘change of mind’ or wear and tear. Garments can only be returned if they are unworn or unused, in the original packaging and with all labels still attached. Garments that have been customised in any way cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be offered based on availability. Customised or made-to-measure garments cannot be exchanged, and we do not offer exchanges due to ‘change of mind’. Garments can only be exchanged if they are unworn or unused, in the original packaging and with all labels still attached. To be eligible for a return, you must contact Denisse M Vera within 7 days of delivery by emailing order@denissemvera.com.
Alterations
If you have supplied the incorrect measurements or your garment needs alterations, please email order@denissemvera.com.
Order cancellations
Once payment has been made, an order cannot be cancelled. Each piece is made to order, so once your payment has been processed your piece will enter the construction phase.

Privacy
All images and content are the property of Denisse M Vera. If you would like to use images or content on your blog, website or social media site, you must request permission via info@denissemvera.com. Upon receiving permission, Denisse M Vera and all contributors must be credited; these credits will be supplied via email.

We take precautions to keep your personal information secure; however, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot ensure the security of any information submitted, so please note that any information you supply is at your own risk
